Sport Shorties ~ Soccer Season ~ Bloomington, Indiana ~ Dreams Do Come True Photography

Josie started her Sport Shorties on September 10th. I had to end up sitting in the soccer field so she could see me, and once I did that she cooperated and participated. She said she really enjoyed it and quite honestly I enjoyed watching her do this stuff more than I did dance. It was nice seeing her playing with teammates.
It helps that Leslie is her coach. She knows that Mommy knows her from going to school with her and that she also was there when Riley & Kayla played basketball at Bannekar.

Nathan's Bday ~ Bloomington, Indiana ~ Dreams Do Come True Photography

Waiting to go to Nathan's birthday party. Gertie had to share the couch with Josie, I don't think either one was very happy about the fact that they each wanted the couch.
Of course the girls are always at the ready to blow the candles out.

Nathan is so hard to buy for, he will never tell anyone what he truly wants so Michelle & I have gotten to where we get him food.
So Michelle gave him a bag full of candy and Mt dew. I didn't have any money to give him what I wanted to get him, so he got an I Owe U from us and a packed box full of food. And all the girls had great fun, helping him open his packages.

Gabe & Beth and the kids came. It's a good thing, cause Nathan didn't need those goldfish anyway!

4th & Jordan Art Fair ~ Bloomington, Indiana ~ Dreams Do Come True Photography

We went to 4th & Jordan art fair on September 3rd. I had never been there before and since I missed Art on the Square, I told Mike I wasn't missing this one. I was quite impressed. Never thought it would be this big and never imagined there would be people there featuring their art from Californie, Florida and other states. I figured it would be a local art fair, just like all the craft fairs we have.
I did look in every booth but the only ones I really paid much attention to was the photography and painting booths. Which meant to me, that I am obsessed with photography and it is not something I need to push to the side, it is something I need to continue to delve into deeper. I would love to some day have a name for myself in the photography field.
I saw the group from the Bloomington Photo Club and I think I might check into this more.
Anyway, here are the photos!
We had to stop and listen to the band playing.

Josie added some lace to a bike wheel that Wonderlab will be hanging up in Bloomington.

A piece from "911"

Looking down towards the festival

I edited this photo pretty dramatically but wanted the "red" to really shine.

I love photography! It makes you stop and look at things, you would normally walk right past. Have you ever noticed some of the iron work around town on our building?

Basking in the Sun ~ Bloomington, Indiana ~ Dreams Do Come True Photography

Gertie loves being in mine and Josie's "art room". (As Josie calls it) The sun shines through the french doors all day long and it keeps her warm.

Monday at Work ~ Bloomington, Indiana ~ Dreams Do Come True Photography

Josie came to work with me this morning. We had to go get doughnuts and then "Daddy" had to take a bath in the cup of water. Ernie went and got her some paint when he went to town, so we went out back and painted some papers.

I love the nights after bath, with our jammies on, cuddling under our covers and watching a movie!

3 Year Old Photos ~ Toddler ~ Bloomington, Indiana ~ Dreams Do Come True Photography

I wasn't too far behind on her 3 year old photos. Only 23 days! :-) It was way too hot, and I was waiting on it to cool down.
Here they are, now all I have to do is order them for everyone.

This is my favorite!

Gone Fishing ~ Bloomington, Indiana ~ Dreams Do Come True Photography

Daddy has made friends with one of his customers and in talking to him, found out he had a stocked pond at his house. He said that he could bring Josie fishing and his only rule was that she had to wear a life jacket.
The first time they went fishing there they took Papa Mike with them. Then on this Sunday, Mommy was invited. I haven't been fishing since Mike got his race car. We use to go every weekend and I always enjoyed the time outside just sitting and waiting on the fish to bite. I'm so happy Josie likes it as well. Maybe one of these days, we'll have our own boat and can spend the weekends on the lake! Oh Dreams!!
All ready and waiting on Daddy

Daddy bought her a new pole just like his

putting a lizard on his head

What?! Doesn't it belong there?

Lazy Summer Days ~ Bloomington, Indiana ~ Dreams Do Come True Photography

What else is better than a lazy summer Saturday that you can run around all day long in your swimsuit. Jumping on the trampoline and swimming in the pool.
Shortly after this photo she began mooning the camera.

Was constantly "Look Mom", showing me how she could swim under water from one end of the pool to the other.
