Kayla's Big 5 ~ Bloomington, Indiana ~ Dreams Do Come True Photography

Michelle decided to have Kayla's birthday party down at church in the new building. You never know what the weather is going to be around Kayla's birthday, so she was playing it safe. It actually turned out to be a really nice day out and all the girls got to use the playground.
I don't exactly know how many girls there were at this party, but there was alot! And you know what happens with girls together. Lot's of squealing!!! But they had fun.
Kayla decided she wanted this year to be a princess theme. So Michelle made her a cake and some homemade chocolate suckers, which I'm guessing were pretty good, cause Josie ate every single one she took. Including the one she took that was suppose to have been Mommy's.
The opening of presents was hilarious! All the girls bombarded Kayla. You couldn't see the poor child they were all so close to her as she was opening presents. I had to stand on a chair and hold my camera in the air to try and get photos of them.

BUGS ~ Gymnastics ~ Bloomington, Indiana ~ Dreams Do Come True Photography

Josie and Kayla were invited by Kayla's friend Mollie to BUGS for a friend day. The girls had an absolute blast and Josie calls it "magics". Took me a while to figure that one out! :-)
Anyway, after her Sport Shorties was over, I asked her if she wanted to play basketball this winter or do gymnastics. Right away she told me gymnastics, so here we are. This is their first class. It's a very small class of only 4 kids including Kayla and Josie. Josie is pushing a two year age difference with the other three girls but she's been keeping up just fine with them and she thoroughly enjoys it. Course what "monkey" wouldn't like flipping around. And she is definately a little monkey! Their teacher's name is Christie and she is really excellent with them. I think they are learning more and having more fun here than they did last year with dance.

Nathan's Bday ~ Bloomington, Indiana ~ Dreams Do Come True Photography

Waiting to go to Nathan's birthday party. Gertie had to share the couch with Josie, I don't think either one was very happy about the fact that they each wanted the couch.

Of course the girls are always at the ready to blow the candles out.

Nathan is so hard to buy for, he will never tell anyone what he truly wants so Michelle & I have gotten to where we get him food.

So Michelle gave him a bag full of candy and Mt dew. I didn't have any money to give him what I wanted to get him, so he got an I Owe U from us and a packed box full of food. And all the girls had great fun, helping him open his packages.

Gabe & Beth and the kids came. It's a good thing, cause Nathan didn't need those goldfish anyway!

Downtown Bloomington, Indiana {Part 1}- Dreams Do Come True Photo

Saturday evening Josie & I met Penny & Abby at the library. Once we got done there we went and ate at Cafe Pizzeria, just us girls! It was a great time. After we were done eating we decided to go walking. I had been wanting to do this for quite some time. I plan on doing more after the students are gone.
I'm glad I had my camera along, cause I got some great photos of the girls.
I'll showcase Abby in this post! Little Miss Spunk!!! This age is so over dramatic and is so much fun. She was great at posing for me. Thank you Brat!!!
