Seriously!!!2!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe that we will be celebrating Josie's 2nd Birthday this Sunday with family & friends. I have been planning her party for a very long time but...... now the time is here. I think I have everything ready but I can't believe that it is actually that time. I'm just praying for no rain and no humidity! Hopefully I will have time to post pic's next week.
On to what she's been up to. Michelle called me on Tuesday and the terd had climbed out of the pack-n-play that she takes her naps in and was sitting on Michelle's bed. Mom thinks it's hilarious how wild she's getting!
We have definately hit the terrible 2's. She is not listening to me at all until I get hateful with her. Although the counting thing is working still. I think it's about out the window though cause she smiles at you until you get to "two" then does what she is suppose to.
She is getting really bad on hitting, smacking and pinching. I don't know what to do with her. I spank her but for the most part it doesn't matter. And she will tell you "I hit". Aargh!!!
She will not stay out of the fridge or the freezer. She is constantly pulling on those wanting "ham" and "urkey", meaning her lunchables that are in the crisper. And if you give in and give her one, she doesn't eat it, she just wants to get it out.
We took her to the fair, Wednesday evening. She rode out with Aunt 'Chelle so she could ride Papa Doug's tractor in the parade with the kids. We got there in time to get photos. She didn't want to get off of it.
We then took her to go see the animals. I guess horses are okay if they are on the inside of a fence and your driving in a car. Cause we took her in the horse barn and she was nervous but talking about them. Then we walked up to one pen that the horse was walking around in, and it walked over to the gate to us and she freaked! Enough of those! She actually just enjoyed walking around the carnival area. She kept telling us "I ride". I think next year we'll go out and maybe ride a few.
Well I think that catches us up. But here are some scrap pages I have done this week. Been a busy little beaver and I'm caught up to April now.

A week ago Saturday (17th), Josie was being really quiet while I was in the shower. Daddy was home and I didn't hear him with her either. So I yelled for Daddy to check and see what Josie was doing. He walked into the closet and immediately started laughing. She had one of her Snap n Style dolls, and the diaper cream. She told Daddy that the baby had pooped and needed her butt changed. Thankfully she didn't get any in the dolls crazy hair. So now the diaper cream is another item that is put up high on a shelf. I swear everything is going to be put up high before too much longer!
Miss Madelyne has handed down some jammies to Josie. This particular night I got out a nightgown to see if she could fit in it yet. Not knowing how excited she was going to get because it had a princess on it. After we put it on her, once she calmed down, she was running around the house yelling "inderella, inderella". I guess I didn't realize how much she was beginning to get into the "princesses".

I have been working on Josie's birthday party stuff and now we are down to the wire. I bought a kit from Shabby Miss Jenn Designs to create about everything for her party. The invitations were made from the paper. The cupcake centerpieces and the Birthday banner.
So Friday evening, I started assembling her Birthday banner while she was getting ready for bed. She decided she wanted to help me, cause it was for "her birfday party". So I put her up on the table to help me. I can't wait until the day we set the party up, this girl is really getting into her "birfday party".
She has been a complete stinkpot lately on potty training. She seems to have lost all interest in it. She still tells you when she pees or poops but you can't get her to go to the toilet. She had even gotten to the point that she was crying when I would put her on the toilet. So Sunday morning, I broke out the big girl panties. She did pretty good then. We only had 3 accidents. But now my dilemma is getting everyone else to do the same with the possible messes ahead. But she sure was proud of the big girl panties and didn't want to put a pull up on to take a nap.
I don't want to force her but if she knows the difference between a pull up and a diaper and can tell you when she goes, I don't know what else to do, but force her. Plus she looked too cute in the panties!!!

Daddy Move Your "Fruck!"

Tuesday night we were in the garage and Josie was wanting to ride the 4 wheeler but Daddy's truck was in the way. She kept yelling for "Daddy move your Fruck!" but the "Fruck" wasn't coming out sounding that way. It was hilarious! We would laugh at her and she would just keep saying it.
Daddy did finally move the ladder out of the way so he could get the 4 wheeler out but he didn't move the "Fruck!"
Thurday morning, Michelle took the kids with her down to Granny's so she could go out and pick some green beans. Granny tells me at lunch that Josie had gone into her bathroom, got a bar of soap, walked into the living room and before anyone could get it away from her, she bit down into it. Granny said her expression was priceless! Josie, dear, you aren't suppose to eat the soap unless you purposely say the word "Fruck", drop the "r"! :-)
She went to VBS last night for the first time. I didn't plan on taking her because I didn't figure she would cooperate with them and would just be a disturbance. Michelle wanted to take her so Kayla would be counted as bringing a "friend", so I let her go. When I got there to pick her up, Michelle said she was being very good and having a good time. She must have been. She was covered in marker from coloring. When I got there they were getting ready to go to the sanctuary for singing and I knew she would have fun doing that, so we stayed. They sang all the regular bible songs, and she stayed up there with the kids the whole time. We then went out to do crafts and they made a pillow. When we got home, she went to the couch where her "baby boy" was laying, picked him up, laid down the pillow, put "baby boy" back down on it and says "Ook baby boy, ought I made you!" We had to take "baby boy" and his pillow to bed with us. She was tired and I couldnt' get her to wind down, and all of a sudden she starts moving her feet and started singing, I will never March with the infintry!. I about died! That was the first time she had ever heard that song.
Then this morning I was fixing her hair and she kept saying "ock". I looked down and she was doing the motions to The Wise Man built his house upon the Rock. So needless to say she is going back tonight and I'm sorry baby, Mommy didn't let you go the whole week.
But now I know that you are ready for the dance lessons Mommy wants to put you in when you turn 2.

Picture Heavy

Just had to share this craft that I made. I went to Hobby Lobby and bought a 40 x 32 inch matboard at 50% off. Came home printed out some 8x8 photos, glued them down and covered the seams with ribbon. I attached it in her toy room with the 3m hangers.
Josie is in to dressing herself now. Sometimes she gets it right and other times she ends up with the clothing knotted on her head or two feet in one hole of her bottoms!
We didn't get to take the "Father's" out for their annual breakfast on Father's Day so we took them out the next weekend to Bob Evan's. I ordered Josie pancakes and all she ate was the whipcream on the top.
Michelle & I took the kids to Riddle Point. Mike went with us but he went fishing while we swam. Once Josie got comfortable she had a blast!
Daddy is working on Papa Doug's motor so when he goes to the garage we go down also. Josie likes to help him, plus Papa Mike & Uncle Chris are usually there.
She loves to play in the rocks while she is down there because she can walk in the rocks down there better than the ones up at the house.
She was thirsty while we were down there so I let her have a water bottle. She will put it to her mouth but instead of sipping it, she sticks her tongue in the bottle. It is funny to watch.
And right now we are all about the popsicles. She has anywhere from 3 to 5 a day. And when you ask her what color she wants, 99% of the time it's "Bue".
On this night, Daddy built a fort and was sitting in it as he was building it. Josie walks up to the "window" and says "Chicky nuggets and French Fries, Pease!" I guess she thought it was McDonald's. I so wish I had some to give her cause that was way too cute & funny!
We had friends & family over on July 3rd and Mike & Chris fried two turkey's and Mikey roasted a pork loin. Everyone else brought the sides. Nathan Garrett & I filled 200 water balloons. I had bought 500 but after 200, I couldn't feel my fingertips anymore from tying them. Rick & Michelle brought their water slide over for the kids to play in, which just ended up being Kayla & Josie and Riley, Mason & MacKenzie played in my new "trailer park" pool!
I was so happy when I went through the photos and found these two of Riley popping a water balloon over Josie's head. She is getting the heck out of dodge in the second photo!
She couldn't throw the balloons hard enough to make them pop so we were trying to get her to just squeeze them. She finally figured it out, but I think she might get a hemerroid after all the grunting she put into it.
Nathan Garrett stayed the whole weekend with us and went home Tuesday night. He wanted me to give him a mohawk while he was there. After I gave him one and he got out of the shower, Josie was in the living room with him while I was in my room and she comes running into me stuttering "Garrett, mooooooohaaaawk!"
She started out the weekend calling him "Uncle Nathan" then it was "Nathan Garrett" and when he left it was just "Garrett". No matter how many times Nathan & I corrected her.
Josie eating lunch and playing the Wii with Daddy.
We went swimming in our "trailer park" pool and when we were done, Josie helped Daddy pick blackberries. While we were in the pool, she would point to them and say "Strawberry Shortcake, I eat them". So while they were picking she had to lick a few.
Last night, she climbs up on her table on her stomach, and says "Ook, Mommy! I swimming!"
Today, she came to work with me. She hasn't been here for a while and after she got use to Kenneth, he was her buddy. It helped that Mommy gave Kenneth money to go buy some popsicles! :-) She is still telling all the customers "Thank you, you're welcome!" all in one breath.
Mom keeps telling me I am getting my just reward because she is so much like me and I'm really starting to see it now in her personality. Daddy, told her last night when she got a little smart with him, that she is acting too much like her Mommy. Hee Hee! You're outnumbered now Daddy!!! Just wait another year or so.
